Marina and I spent most of our Sunday in the city. We had a great time! We met a homeless dude called Max who was French but had moved to Amsterdam some thirty years ago. He showed us around part of the city for a while and told us stuff about buildings and places. He knew more about Amsterdam than most tour guides. Actually, he sort of works as a tour guide for tourists from time to time. Very nice guy, and funny too. He 'lives' near the Munt so go there if you want an interesting guided tour of Amsterdam :)
We also went to the Comedy Cafe where they had a pretty good show. Nice!

I also went to Comedy Train/ Toomler: last Friday, was a great show, had a good laugh with Ilona. Is always good to laugh. We need to laugh more....
Any plans to go to the gym this week? I think I will go Tuesday...
